Investment property workshops

Workshops and Seminars

Queensland Property Advice offers complimentary workshops and seminars to introduce you to our strategy and educate you, your employees, friends and colleagues in property investing.

The workshops are designed for smaller groups and are generally used by smaller firms as a ‘value added educational service' to their clients.

The interactive workshops get clients working on their own goals and strategies, and they walk away with a ‘work in progress' document.

Seminars are perfect for larger groups and can be open to the general public through advertising in local marketing such as newspapers.

If you are ready to take action, we will meet with you personally to develop a strategy that suits your needs and get you started.

What's IPAC?

iPAC stands for Investment Property Action Course. It's QPA's self help guide to creating wealth using property investing.

Residential property is the focus of the course because that's what we know best.

The course tackles some of the key issues associated with building a residential investment portfolio, including:

  • finance
  • purchasing structures
  • property selection, and
  • taxation

The course breaks down complex information into simple steps that allow you to educate yourself at your own pace.

It is often said that successful people leave clues. We have been fortunate to work with many successful people and are now able to implement these clues and that's what we're about to share with you.
