Peter Spencer (Pom) is the founder of QPA and is a sought after property speaker, adviser and consultant to large corporations. Peter is also the founder of Northern Territory Property Investment Forum (NTPIF), Vision Property Australia and IPAC.

Peter has learnt the principals of property investing from many arenas over the years including from his own mistakes. It is from these mistakes Peter has learnt the most valuable lessons.

Peter also features in the soon-to-be-released best-selling book Mr Millionaire, which tells the inspiring stories of 16 Aussie blokes who went from broke to mega-millionaire. Peter and his wife Jenene started investing in 1987 and have built a multi-property portfolio throughout Australia, the easy and safe way.

Having worked with major investment companies, and studied all of the so-called experts and books, Peter says a simple and robust system is the key to success. He is happy to share his knowledge at no cost because he believes it is universal knowledge and he is passionate about seeing others prosper.

Danny Buxton has always had a love for people and property and first entered the property industry in the early 1990s before pursuing a career in education for more than 11 years. While teaching, Danny saw numerous colleagues retire and then re-enter the workforce because they could not live on their retirement income. Not wanting to be in a similar position, Danny started reading and researching and began his property investment journey. As his portfolio began to grow he left his teaching career to work full time in the property investment industry.

Over the years Danny has worked as a consultant and client manager for a large investment corporation winning numerous awards in recognition of achievements. He developed and maintained a client base in excess of 150 active property investors and successfully managed a business portfolio of more than $60million. Danny has also worked as a Project Manager, Business Consultant and Training Professional. He also worked as Group Sales and Marketing Manager for a fast growing investment group before joining Peter as a business partner at QPA. 

Angela Olyslager has spent half of her working life dealing with people from all corners of the globe. Spending two years in Japan and then 8 years in London with short stints in New York and Spain Angela has been privileged to meet people from all walks of life. Angela has over ten years experience in Sales and Marketing. She spent 2 years broking equities on the London Stock exchange. One thing that she noticed about her clients is that their financial freedom was accumulated by investing in property. Passionate about property and wanting to invest she then went on to research all the “proven methods” of investing in property and came to the realisation that one strategy was the safest and most effective. She found QPA was already helping many Australians implement this method.
