The Vision Property Australia group was created by Peter (Pom) Spencer to service the needs of friends and family who wanted to invest in property but didn’t know where to start. Trading as Qld Property Advice we have simplified a tried, tested and proven property investment strategy. We teach and share this strategy at no cost to our clients. We don’t charge a fee for service, there are no memberships or costs, we don’t hike up the price of property, we don’t sell books, DVDs, CDs, courses or our own developments.
Northern Territory Property Investment Forum was created by Brad Dolahenty and good mate “the Pom”. Again Brad was a successful client prior to sharing his knowledge with his fellow Territorians. Based in Darwin, Brad has built a group of similar savvy investors who realise a phenomenal amount of compound capital growth every year.
South Australia Property Panel is operated by Mark Usher. Mark originally a client of the NTPIF where he and his lovely wife Georgia became successful investors. Over a few cold ones in Darwin with Brad & Pom, Mark said he was moving back home to South Australia and wanted to share his property experiences with South Australians, a partnership was formed on the spot. Brad and Pom travel to South Australia to share Marks vision and teach every day Australians the safe way to invest.
